Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Monica graduated from George I. Sanchez, AAMA, in 2011 and has since cultivated a career marked by versatility, integrity, and people-first professionalism. With over eight years of experience in human resources, particularly in unemployment insurance, she brings a strong foundation in client relations, accountability, and systems navigation. Her fluency in both English and Spanish allows her to communicate clearly and compassionately with a diverse client base, making her an approachable and trusted resource for many of the families we serve.

Monica is instrumental in organizing, securing, tracking, and reviewing discovery in some of the firm’s most serious cases; supporting the attorneys in building strong, fact-driven defenses.
